Just turned on my computer and Ortur M2. LIGHTBURN, asked if I wanted to update to the latest software version, They said, it’ll be fun. So I did. Now, I have no control over my laser. Says its ready, but I can’t even move it to a target spot, turn the laser on, no comms with Ortur. I click Find My Laser and follow thre prompt, at the second window it hands up, no resualts.

STILL NO CONTACT WITH THE LASERM, NO RACTION AT ALL.
Hi Michael, have you tried updating the ‘firmware’ i believe it’s ‘OLF140’ now but it’s been a while since i used mine.
Don’t know if this could be something to do with your problem.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will be along soon.
