i just updated and all the material settings are messed up, instead of showing the speed as it was (ex. 3000m/s now is 50mm/s) and the output is completly different.
i thought it was only an aesthetic change, but the functionality is different
…are you sure both values are in the same unit of measurement and not mixed up?
3000mm/m fits perfectly with 50mm/s 
As @bernd.dk pointed out, the values you have are the same but in different Units.
On LightBurn 2.0 there was a decoupling of Visual/Edit Units and Device units.
Go to Laser Tools > Device settings, make sure your laser is setup for the correct settings. I am assuming mm/min in your case.
