Someone else had a similar upgrade issue with another file. Try deleting the file manually and do “Try again”.
Ok, seemed to work on 5th attempt. Must have been holding to tongue wrong 
Are you using a Dell computer? There was something about some Windows 10 devices using a file previewer that was problematic.
