Hi, I have just got a Lasertech 6090 (laser engraver) which uses Lightburn software and it is working well using a USB stick, but this is clunky. It has a USB cable to connect direct to the laptop and it was working ok for the first couple of runs and then some updates were done on windows and it started to crash each time i use it. I have reversed the updates but still it continues to crash each time i use the USB cable.
I have a relatively new Huawei laptop, 64gb operating system. Any ideas how i fix this so it stops crashing and i can use the direct cable from laser to laptop ?
