USB Cable Won't Connect

I’ve been running my Mira 9 laser via USB cord for the past year, all the sudden my laptop won’t connect with my laser.

I had to get a new File Transfer USB cable and I’m wondering if that is the issue? Should I contact AEON to get their specific cable?

Anyone else have this issue and how did they fix it?

I use a ferrite core USB cable to communicate with my diode laser without any problems.
But you are using a CO2 machine and I don’t know if your machine needs a specific cable. If it that the case you probably need to order a new one…
