I have been running a 60W JPT-MOPA fiber/USB just fine with version 1.3.01 on a Windows 11 Dell laptop. I have now added a 5W JPT-UV and having one heck of a time with getting them both going. I keep receiving an error “Error encountered - disconnected” if I switch between the two lasers. I select one laser from the devices, run what I need to, then if I go to select the next laser to do a job, I receive that error. Both USB cables are new, and I have swapped them out. I can close LB and reopen it to pick the second laser - this just doesn’t seem right.
Anyone experience this? If so, how did you solve it? Also, is there a way to default the port from Auto to the appropriate port for the laser? I feel like this is part of the issue. And/or how can I set LB to use a specific configuration for each laser, i.e. 2 icons on the desktop?
