USB related software crashing?

I had lightburn software open and i turned off my Ruida laser and back on again to make an adjustment to the exhaust duct, ever since doing that ive had issues with the software.

Lightburn no longer can find the current USB port on (Auto), when i try to find the laser within the software it crashes and gets this error message.

Have you tried installing the 9.18 update?

Don’t “find the laser” again - you can’t if it’s already been found once. Right-click the ‘Devices’ button to reset the connection to the controller.
