Could someone point me in the right direction to set a user origin point in the latest software. At the moment, I am setting it on the Ruida controller. I cannot find it in the software.

Unfortunately you can’t. Ruida has a command that sort of lets me do it, but it only affects the stored user origin, not the “live” one - you have to reboot the controller for it to take effect, which isn’t useful.
If you want to send your work to a specific place, you can use Absolute Coordinates instead of User Origin, and wherever the work is placed in the design space is exactly where it will go on the laser.
