Version 2 fails to import high-resolution-photos

I’m using Windows 11. I’m unable to import high-resolution-photos in version 2. The same photos import perfectly fine in version 1.7. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Could you write us to support@lightburnsoftware.com and provide a sample image that is failing to import on 2.0 bu works on 1.7?
