Hello,
I’m having problems using my laser with Laserburn.
Nothing works.
I have a VEVOR L4681.
Do I have to put a different firmware on my controller first?
Which machine is this (5, 10, 20w)? The Vevor site does not mention this model number.
Not very likely. Did you choose only GRBL in the Machine Settings window?
Do you get some text in the Console window when you power everything up? Something other than “Waiting for connection…” If you do, copy and paste that info here.
This is the pdf on it… can’t tell by the name
I’ve seen these mentioned running Lightburn, so it’s likely a driver.
Does your machine beep when you plug it in?
Can you see the device in the device manager?
Do you have the console tab selected in the cut/layer window? This is what @MikeyH is asking… does it show and data. You might have to enable that tab window → console
Man, you have some serious sleuthing skills!
I have a 5w laser on the device.
There is a connection to the PC. Drivers are installed. If I activate $J Jogging I can also move the device back and forth. When I press start, buffering always comes up. Can anyone here speak German? I always translate with Google.
