Fairly new, installed latest update. Have Jtech 7w, fans working, lights working but lightburn software says “waiting to connect” for over an hour. checked all of the connections and rebooted several times. Don’t have any idea which way to go?
Have you selected the port that your laser is plugged in to?
Yes, connection to usb port is good. Tested and verified with Easel software.
What I mean is, have you told LightBurn which port to connect to by clicking here where it says ‘(Choose)’, like the link above tells you to?
Sorry about that. Not sure why it changed on ports but that did the trick. Thx
In general, if LightBurn only finds a single port that could be compatible, it chooses that one automatically. If it finds more than one, you have to pick.
