Waiting to connect

Have been using LB for 28 days, with zero issues. Today I was setting up a camera and had to physically move laser out of the way, due to software limitations, with popup window.
As I went to framed, home was not an option, the laser moved and hit a limit alarm and stopped.
After that I could not get LB to reconnect without removing the machine and Manually setting it up again. Any time I stop or move the laser it just says waiting to connect.
It seems the machine. I can choose the device and com port, but no connection.
I thought I damaged the controller, but I downloaded LaserGRBL and have not had any connection issues? This just happened today. I’m about to purchase the software, but I’m having this issue 2 bays before the trial is over.
laptop has done No Updates, is running Win 7 pro and has had no problems.

While I don’t have any advice on your issue, you can send the Lightburn folks a message explaining your problem and ask them to extend your trial period (usually another 30 days). That will give you time to work things out. I’m sure someone will come along with some advice on your problem. Cheers.
