Water Temp Range

I’ve ordered a water chiller. It’s in route. I’m kind of like in a production environment with tumblers. I’ve got some gallon jugs of distilled water chilled down. Can someone shed light on what the safe operating temps should fall in?

Right now I’ve got it running from 68 to 72 F.

What kind of chiller did you purchase? Don’t recall you location, but most require something that actually refrigerates…

I have a 5200 series, the 3000 series is literally a fan and radiator, there is no cooling unless it’s the ambient temperature.

Most of what I read states 68॰ F or 20॰ C.

Hello Jack. I hope your doing well today.

Bought this on a recommendation from a good friend.

Jack, what do you consider a good safe range… 68 to …

That’s a great choice … you can wire it to your Ruida to signal it to pause the run until you fix it…

Jack, you crack me up. Do you remember A+, A-, etc… LOL

I’m not even going to entertain wiring anything…

Don’t be afraid, what you did was about as complex as it gets with these and you did just fine…

It’s a simple connection to the Ruida… The advantage is that it will stop the Ruida from running if the chiller isn’t working. If it fails during a job, you can get it going, continue the job from where it halted.

Ask about it if you wish, when you’re ready…

Thanks Mista Jack.

Be well.
