Hello, I am hoping someone can help me with a solution. I engraved 3 different 5x7 pictures with no problem same wood. I am trying to engraved this one (pictured) same size and wood and it continues to come out wavy. So I tried to engraved one of the previous images and it engraves fine and not wavy. Does anyone have an idea of why it is doing this to only this picture. It is the same DPI and prep process as the others. I am still fairly at new at this. Thank you!
Hi, I had this problem, sometimes the images were engraved skewed, I noticed that there is a defect in the x-axis motor, so I replaced it and the problem was fixed.
