As I said, the drivers were identical between the two.
Definitely 2 com ports. Both in device manager and Lightburn show up at the same time wen plugging in the laser. But yes the 2nd seems non responsive.
I have screenshots of the software and firmware versions I’ll show when I get back to my pc, but I won’t be able to use the laser tonight
Weird, that’s after the update…
Regarding the 2 com ports… I would get in touch with WeCreat - that’s something I haven’t seen, and from what I know it shouldn’t happen in normal use?
I’ll keep in mind the issues you ran into while I integrate the support into LB.
