Weird starting position issue when using fill offset

Hello, i have recently aquired a 30W fiber laser and im still on the trail version and i have this unusual issue that i dont know how to fix or how to search for a solution…

im currenty trying to make some PCBs directly with the laser and its been going pretty ok , i have been slowly figuring out what is the right combinations of settings for the best results.

but i have this issues… since i am using fill offset i have a lot of isolated shapes and i need the laser to etch over them 20-30 times for proper trails…

but then i have this weird phenomenon… shapes seem to have a “starting postion” where the laser turns on and off as its doing a new lap… and i have no idea how to tell the laser to not do this…

you can see in the corner of some shapes this small pattern which causes issues.

Currently my settings are 1000 Speed,25Khz Freq, max power, 0.03 mm interval 0.2mm outline

anyone have any idea how i can fix this?

It’s likely that you need to tune the timing on your machine, ie when the laser turns on and off. This is a pretty decent video that walks through how to tune timing on a galvo laser:
