What if Lightburn were cloud based?

Exactly. You can complain about the risks of cloud software however if the license is confirmed in the cloud and even if the actual program isn’t in the cloud, your still out of business if the company folds or is possibly sold. Didn’t Microsoft start that concept that you really don’t own software, pretty much from their first release of DOS? Not all programs work that way but as users we don’t know where this is going.

Not quite, it was MS Office that is used as sample cloths

Epliog does not use Corel Draw - it uses any software that can print from Windows. Do not spread false information.

Your statement is not 100% accurate. Although Epilog can print from any Windows application the overwhelming majority of Epilog Users use Corel Draw possibly even you. They do so even if they would be able to use Microsoft Paint nobody does.

Im sorry you feel that I am spreading false information . Please prove me wrong that Epilog users don’t use Corel Draw .

My statement was 100% accurate. Is English not your first language ? Epilog does not use, or force users to use Corel Draw. You stated Epilog uses Corel Draw which is incorrect.

Ok folks… this is starting to get a little heated and a little off-topic.
Just a friendly reminder that we don’t have to escalate. Play nice.

I’m glad the overwhelming majority have weighed in on cloud-based software options and opinions. We should probably just let this ride.

Thanks all.
