I have purchased this test file to use on my materials. I plug in power and speed that shows on the material that will work best for the result I want. But once i use the settings on my main piece, it doesn’t cut at all. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere??

Is the laser marking the material at all.
Is your S value max (in device settings) set to the proper value.
Im using a 20w diode so my S value is 1000.
Does the laser head appear to be moving too fast to have a cutting effect.
He likely has a Ruida, so there is no spindle speed to deal with.
They has to advise us more about what it is and isn’t doing. Is this a new machine?
Does it mark the material?
Where do I find the s setting?
First of all, you don’t need to buy material tests, LightBurn will generate them for free.
Next, be aware that such tests are not very meaningful. Those circles are very tiny. If you command the tests to run at high speeds, the laser will probably never reach them before the shape is done.
Use fewer tests but bigger objects. I think those circles should have a diameter of 20mm or more, ideally.
