Started noticing this but not sure what or why it’s starting to do this. It’s 1/8th unisub hardboard. I’d love some insight. Thanks in advance 
Assuming the “this” you’re referring to is that it’s not cutting through all the way on the lower corner, since you have a diode system my guess is that your gantry isn’t the same distance from the material across the full range, or the material itself wasn’t flat. Diodes are pretty sensitive to good focus.
