Without seeing the project or settings used, pretty much impossible for us to say.
If you attach the project file you used here we’ll likely be able to spot the issue.
OP, what CNC do you have? What controller? Is it belt-based or using leadscrews to move the X/Y axis?
What does the preview show (compared to the cut)?
I’m asking as the bit appears to have slipped in a few places.
I’d be curious on the bit size/speeds/feeds being used.
The material looks to be random/cheap plywood (?) - which can be pretty variable in terms of density and internal layer adhesion. OK for running test cuts - can sometimes influence the result.
