When homing module makes grinding sounds

When I try to home the module moves towards home, then grinds for maybe 5 seconds, homes, grinds, and then is OK. Here’s the code I get:

I thought it might be my work area, so I reduced it both on the x and y axes by 10mm. Still does it.
