when i click home on laser it eventualy comes home but doesn’t stop when the laser head hits the border it does not stop istead it is trying to go further while making clicking noise(that is laser head hitting the border rapidly) all this followed by blue light and when the noise stops and when laser thinks that is home, when i click get postion it says x:-161.17 y:161.17 whitch is way off than it should be laser is (ortur LM3) please help im lost in confusion i lost 5 hours trying to fix that
Move head to center, powr on machine and record in video the homing if possible
This said usually this means 2 things
a) your Y belt tensioners are not correctly set (take apicture of each)
b) your frame X is not square with the Y, meaning one side is hitting the end screws/stops before the other. To fix this, remove the belts from the brackets
move the frame all the way to the front or back (hold it there)
Place belts in brackets again
first looks like im not able to post video of homing my laser here, second i noticed that one of belts on my lasers are not tight as others and third could you please write in simple steps what exactly i need to i would appreciate your help!

The washer is in the wrong side
It needs to be in the inside
once you fix this, tightn the little screw on the back until is flush with the bracket

i found that litthe screw on the ground! do i just need to screw it in how i want or there is specific measure how much i need to screw it?

yes you definitly will need that screw on each side
But first you need to fix the washer
washer is the metal circle with hole i assume, so i need to reassemble whole laser or?

that is the way. remember to put the belt FIRST
then adjust the little screw on the back
And then tighten the big screw so the roller is snug. not TOO tight just snug
take a look and give me your opinion, one more thing laser worked before this was fixed so are you sure that this is only source of my problem?

2 steps missing now
a) At the very back, where the belt sprokets more (motor size back of machine)
as you have them exposed, make sure the sprokets (black round bits with teeth) dont move UP and down the metal shaft and are perfectly tight and snug
if yes
b) Remove the belt from the sides of the X axis
Move X all the way to the back and make sure BOTH sides are touching the stops
(maybe ask someone to hold it there for you)
then put the belts back in the side brackets
This will ensure your X is square to the frame
c) move head to center
Plug power,
Check KEY to on, and emergency swith is not pressed down
power on machine and watch homing. should hit the lett/front corner, pull back and touch again
Then LED should go GREEN
Hold them and try to push them up and down the shaft
They SHOULD NOT move, but just triple check
