So I’ve been having this issue for awhile now and just keep working past it but I’m wanting to get to the bottom of it because it’s so frustrating. Basically the picture speaks for itself and the bigger the batch I do the worse off the pieces get. Has anyone ran into this problem before? I’ve also uploaded the file. I feel like it’s something I’m doing wrong and not the machine. Thanks in advance.

Your file looks ok, no errors to be found, not even in the preview.
I assume you have a mechanical problem. During the day I will test your file with some cardboard today and get back to you.
I have run your file without the problems you are experiencing.
(only difference, I have changed the power settings to suit my machine and paper and set the green layer to only one pass.
There are no shifts in my tests.
Ok well thank you so much for your response and effort. that definitely explains a mechanical issue. It’s weird how it gets wider at the bottom but then the next row it does right the opposite.
