A good chiller cost more than I want to spend.
I spent the night watching you tube videos on DIY chillers for CO2 lasers. Most all were using computer air exchangers and fans. Noisy and can’t get any cooler than ambient temperature. If you have a refrigerator or small dorm refrigerator available, why not add a secondary loop of cooled water to your original 5 gallon bucket and pump you are already using? This can be done quite easily and for not much money if you already have a refrigerator. Added benefit is having a cold (adult-optional) beverage close at hand when you need it.
I am not on any forums so I am looking for a good place to post my project.
