Why does lasing here create more margin than it shows in Lightburn?
Laser cutting creates more margin on the left than is displayed in Lightburn. The frame was displayed correctly. Where is the error?

Tricky to say, did you frame the job first?
Potentially, you might be using current position, when you’re expecting it to work like absolute coordinates: https://docs.lightburnsoftware.com/CoordinatesOrigin.htm
Can you lase anything in that area? Lightburn shows the correct setup at 0, 0 and in absolute coordinates…
Where is home compared to where it is now in the photo…?
Might try and get the heads coordinates before running the job … maybe an offset is set somewhere…?
The head appears to be in the area it’s not lasing… good question…
