My laptop is connected directly to the machine via the cord that was sent. Yet between each job and sometimes randomly disconnecting. Any idea why?
Try a different USB cable, as the ones supplied are often not very good. If you are still having issues with a replacement cord, try opening the side panel of the machine and connecting the USB directly to the controller (the port is called PC-USB on the bottom of the white box).
There is a short USB extension wire that connects the controller to the port on the case of the machine that you plug into, and sometimes those go bad and cause issues. They’re cheap to replace though.
Weird. Replacing the cord did not work. However as soon as we hooked it to our wifi network it works perfectly. Thank you!
