I use my laser to make small batch items for market. normally I will fill most of my work surface up with 2-3 of the same book mark or coaster. here lately I have noticed that some of them are filling the whole item but the same image that was duplicated is not. when I preview the cut it changes each time which one is duplicated. I am running light burn 1.7.08. I have tried uninstalling lightburn and re installing it. im at a lose of how to fix this. i normally do offset fill to make it faster

That is definitely not the case for those bookmarks and the intricacies of the design, plus the duplicated shapes, may be producing unpredictable results:
Sometimes graphics with stray nodes or unusual paths can confuse the calculation interminably.
I changed the layers to Fill
mode for those examples.
Unless you have a compelling reason to use Offset Fill
, you will probably get better results much faster using ordinary Fill
mode.
