Using a Ray5 10w. Imported a photo that I’ve tried 3 times now the last time I entered the width at 230mm with the lock on. When I went to frame it, it would only frame about 1/2 the size. I had to push the width out to over 400mm to get the frame to be close. Why is this happening ? I tried to engrave this 3 times now and this is the first time it did this. First to I put in 230mm and it framed perfect.
Without any screen captures or Lightburn file to help, I am going to venture a guess…
