Will not frame or start alarm 2

i was using my rotary and switch back to cut out a bird house and it will home but not frame or start i was thinking it was a toggle turn on or off but i copy my file and try to run on my number 2 computer and same thing here what it saying

There is a known issue with the rotary / homing setting for your Ortur model that could be causing the issue you’re seeing.

In your Console window, enter $22=43, then restart your laser. That should correct the issue, but unless you update your Ortur’s firmware, you’ll need to enter that after each use of your rotary.
