Anyone know why i am getting this,never seen it before, every time i click save it comes up

Are you able to manually open that file, like in Notepad, for example, and re-save it? Is this drive location automatically synced with a cloud or backup service like OneDrive or similar? Is the drive full? Are you able to save to other places on your hard drive and just not this one?
@Tonez - I would not expect you to be able to save your files to Dermot’s hard disk. If you can give more detail than “me too” that would be helpful. 
@Oz - well, I tried to save on his hard drive but I got an error…
I’ll try and track down exactly what’s going on. Essentially I have a hard wired ethernet connection to the shed, my design machine is in the house and the laser laptop is in the shed.
Typically I work on AI in the house, load the file into LB, set up power and speed etc and save. Then go out into the shed, fire up the laser, load up the file and run it.
However, very occasionally if I make a change on the shed machine and try and save, it won’t let me save using the same name. If I adjust something in the name it saves fine.
I KNOW I KNOW!! Is it still open in LB on the inside machine?
Almost certainly not but that’s something I’ll check out this weekend. It is a possibility…
