Small Update: My wife has access to a color laser printer at her office… That will help. Going to use the suggestion of Avery Label Stock starting off. Probably a 4x3 or there abouts. Makes sense to go that way, at least for product testing.
This a.m. I saw a 2’ x 2’ sheet of 5.2 Lauan Plywood I bought a year ago from Lowes. It has a smooth finished side as well I thought, heck, throw it in there, and cut a couple of 10mm x 10mm squares. It cut great, and didn’t want to catch on fire like my other plywood sheets that I bought when I first got my laser.
My cutting speeds were 18 / 65 pwr. Cut very cleanly.
I’m going to make those grammatical error corrections on Wed. I also had a L in the word Sea Life, which should have been 2 words my wife tells me.
I only had enough Bass Wood sheets to cut 2 figures today. Waiting on more.
