Working window skittish display

Hello.
I have a wee problem that pops up sometimes, concerning the size display of the working area, on launching the program.
Sometimes everything works perfectly, but sometimes, right after the splashscreen, the working area is smaller than what I want and I can’t resize it : as soon as I resize it and hover it again with the mouse, it regains it’s original size.
Sometimes, it’s even nastier and more problematic since it is reduces to the minimum, and thus is invisible, and the same occurs : as soon as I hover the resized area with the mouse, it regains it’s “original size”.
I have made two short videos in order to be understood : Smaller area and “Invisible” area.

I am working on a Macbook Pro 13" Retina (2015) with MacOS Monterey (12.7.2), and Lightburn 1.4.05. It is stil the trial version, and I intend to buy the full licence, but only if that bug is solved… Because for now, when this problem happens, I can’t work.
The only solution I have found is to shut the program down and restart it several times, try to load some saved projects, create new ones, until the display pops up at the normal size or that the resizing is effective (meaning that it doesn’t resize itsefl to a smaller version when I hover it with the mouse).

Can someone help ? Thanks a lot.

The problem you are experiencing is related to your screen size and screen resolution and whether LightBurn is started in full screen mode or not. You can easily try it by installing a version of LightBurn on a desktop computer with a screen large enough to display a higher resolution.
A 13" monitor is not suitable for rendering LightBurn with all its menus.

Allright, thanks. It seems indeed, after changing my resolution and testing, that it does work well.
Just a micro-correction on what you said : it is not the screen size (13") in itself that is problematic, only the resolution. I was set in 1280x800 and my problems happened, and now I am set in 1440x900 and this works
Anyway, thanks a lot
