Wrong email was inputted on activation

i put in a wrong email address and was needing help in getting the right one put in for my activation

There’s no email required during activation, only the key. Is there something else you were doing, perhaps, that would have required the email address?

i was trying to access my portal number. but the email i use when i bought the ssoftware i put wrong one in

To access the license portal, go to http://lightburn.cryptlex.app when i go to this page it will not let me go any futher

In that case I suggest you send an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com explaining the circumstances and what you’re trying to do. They’re the only ones who’ll be able to sort this out for you.
