So my right side X cable was not plugged in. Duh! Thank you. So the home X and Y seems good. But it won’t fire a project.

Also motherboard top pins?

No bent pins in motherboard; the laser only had 5 pins.

Also it doesn’t really move on the x axis

Hang on. does it home correctly or not?

now it does not home correctly. It moves VERY slow on the X axis and stops. I get Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 when I try to FRAME or fire a project

I deleted the laser and re-installed it. Issues still persist,
