I am SO new to this whole world but i’m struggling so much. My Ortur S 2S master laser was working fine. i cut it off for 3/4 days when my computer crashes, got a new one and now? NOTHING is straight EVERYTHING i engrave into leather goes up hill. it doesn’t matter how i turn the patch. help

Please post a picture of this up hill phenomenon you’re seeing.
Sometimes a loose component or attempting to engrave too quickly will cause ‘lost motion’.

Is it Leather only? Feel free to use less expensive material for troubleshooting.

Hi! it was loose components! thankfully that problem resolved itself for another to arise.
