For some reason my machine will only track in one direction. I have used it about a hundred times with no issues. When I pull up an old project it does the same thing tracks from left to right but not downward. I don’t know if I changed a setting by error. I have tried default to settings under lightburn windows. Anyone else have this issue?
you may have rotary enabled ?

Rotary is not enabled. Framing will work under Xtool software but not with light lightburn. Very frustrating
seems a it odd…
What have you done or changed since it last worked until it no longer worked? My thinking here is, that this does not just happen by itself. have you updated the firmware for instance?
