my cable from my Xtool D1 to my new laptop is not working. it was fine on my old laptop but now it refuses to connect to my new laptop. all suggestions are well appreciated.
To be clear I did do the standard cable troubleshooting. Also If it is in cold temperatures, Does it affect the capacity of the cable?
You may check the DTR checkbox in the settings and try again. I had similar connection problems with my win 11 laptop.

it turns out I was using the old lightbox not the new Creative space apparently, if you have a windows 11 lightbox won’t work. and there’s the antivirus causing some issues too.
