Is anyone having issues with the D1 Pro and Lightburn 1.7? I am having an issue with the boarders and framing. Top R and Bottom L grinding like the module is catching on something.
That sounds like your workspace in Lightburn is bigger than your actual laser workspace.
That was the first thing I was thinking. My work surface is 15.75 x 15.75” +/-. This is occurring around the 12.5” mark.
After upgrading, I found that my drawings would only burn properly when using mm’s. Inches were translated to mm’s when I would try burning in inches. A 14" circle would burn as a 14mm circle, etc.
I can still create drawings in inches but have to change the UoM to mm in order for it to burn properly.
This would appear to be a bug. Hopefully it is fixed soon.
Are you saying that if you create a 14" circle, it will burn as a 14mm (1/2") circle?
I would check all the settings in Lightburn to see if something got messed up.

I checked my settings when I discovered this, but found nothing that I recognized as related to this issue.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for the feedback but no, it’s not on a circle. It is the upper right and lower left of the frame border.
Don’t what I pushed or pulled, but whatever I did on the laser corrected the situation. Thanks for the help anyway.
