xTool F1 connection issues

I have a new xTool F1 galvo laser. I have the F1 driver installed. I keep getting waiting for connection
Port failed to open-already in use
I’m using the USB cable to connect to the engraver.

I have the XCS software installed but I prefer to use Lightburn instead.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you have disconnected from XCS.

Both instances of XCS have no connection to the laser. Whether on my phone or computer. I turned off the engraver and back on again. That should disconnect any connections.
