Y-Axis only going half way

I just got through running some tumbler samples. I have a Monport 55w Co2.

I shut her down, removed the aviator plug for the rotary. Plugged up the laser aviator plug. Turned her back on, and let her settle in. Then I pressed the RESET button on the controller panel which is what Rich from Monport Support told me to do around 3 weeks ago while we were talking about rotary’s in general.

My machine’s Home is top/right. Display shows x=0 and y=0.
When I try to run the gantry down toward the operator side, she stops at 399.9 ?

Back when I was doing flat work, I was always burning and cutting lower left. She won’t go there.

Thoughts?

I’m having a similar issue. Did you ever figure this out?

Hi David. I “think” I had forgotten to turn the rotary OFF in Lightburn. Make sure it’s OFF, then shut the power off. Before turning it back on, move your gantry to the lower left nearest you. Then power it up. It should home by itself, and I think you’ll be good.
