My longer ray 5 10w laser is having issues with the y axis. It does work fine when I run image from the library or already installed images that came with device. But when I try to use my own letters or an image from offline it will just sit and run horizontally not vertically! Help!
Can you share your layer settings so we can take a look?
What is the difference between the images that came with the laser and the ones that you are creating yourself? How are you creating them, are you creating them in LightBurn?
