I am an electrical engineer and decided to get into laser engraving/cutting about 2.5 years ago. I wanted to make sure I had a powerful laser and I found the 150w/80w dual head laser at MORN in China. It took a while to figure it out - not much in the way of a manual - it was for a different machine. The starting screen menus were all in Chinese. Eventually got the laser working:). Ordered new lenses with known focal lengths and that significantly improved the output. I have lots of ideas and projects i want to work on but my spare time is usually after 10PM so I needed the laser at home - definitely not a desktop laser. It can cut about 4 feet x 3 feet shapes and cut up to 0.5 inch thick plywood and acrylic. It has been an extremely fun learning experience. Lightburn software was a gigantic step up for me from the RD works that came with it. Really have enjoyed reading many of the discussions in the forum. Very helpful and hopefully I will be able to help others.
