im old and have no issue with trying to learn new things im not super smart but im not dumb either i bought this machine as a small investment about 2 yrs ago became insanely busy with a gov project and had to set it aside now im back and trying to play with this thing and its giving me the absolute most trouble ive done very dumb things like a factory reset and had my intern come give me a hand since then i was shocked to sh1t from a lightning striking nearby the same second i touched the keypad smh still the machine was fine working great until i downloaded the update in lightburn and since then its gone rogue and decided what its settings will be set at and who the hell am i to tell it different im a mom whos been described as having similar sense of humor as some lady named Melissa McCarthy i call bs but thats just me im a bit raw and dont care im old school and will snatch someone real quick most days and other days im a simp cryin like a baby so be direct and understanding its probably just menopause oh and please if you can help me i need help like a 15 yr old from the 80s step by step lol i also started my own business the ole man wanted to call it clip’n’quiefs hah … jk its not called that at all its sign8 but i didnt sign8 cause im still trying to start8 . not sure if thats what yalll wanted to know about me or not maybe you wanted my machine and controller info ? if so idk its a sh-g570z and rdc6442g-b (ec) with a 100watt tube running lb 2.1.04
