5.5 w Laser cutting settings for acrylic

Does anyone know what settings you need to cut 3mm acrylic with a 5.5 w laser cutter, I am so stuck

and also for 3mm pine wood

Every laser is different, so it is imperative to use the Material test in Laser Tools, for every material you use, it is a bit time consuming but well worth it in the long run

I have a supposed 10w output laser module. here are my settings

Black acrylic - 200mm/m and 90% power with 2 passes
Birch ply ( I don’t use pine) 300mm/m 90% 2 passes

With air assist

Thank you, if you know anything about the ‘jinsoku LC-60A’ I am all ears

Hello,
For me is a general problem to cut any material using Lightburn, but the software is much better than the other famous one.
That being said I have a Jinsoku LC 60A, and the first, white or crystal of any color acrylic wont cut
With othe colors I make a png image and then trace the figure using corel. lastly I opened the other software (Las…BL) with the following configuration.
Power 1.8
Linear 0.4
Speed 1
And made the machine pass between 4 and 5 times, green acrylic is kind of difficult to cut.
Hope you can make it
