Trying to install 0.9.24 LB update and keep getting “windows cannot access the specified device…”

I have been struggling for 2 days with this. What I finally found was that the firewall in windows 10 20HZ is not allowing features of lightburn to download. I had to unplug from internet and download lightburn and driver, then plug back into internet. I have not sent anything to laser yet, but it is finally recognizing the device.
