Hey there Makers I purchased my XRF March 2026. I have been suspicious my machine is not up to standards however I don’t have another XRF to compare it against. Hoping some of you are willing to run this material test and post it here. Clean lens&mirrors, 15lbs external air. I have done a ramp test to find focus. this nozzle is 3mm from the material. I filled the black Truflat white so we can see it. Thank for the help.
Besides the fact that I always test the cutting capacity of my lasers with a single pass to get comparable results, the results you show are what I would expect from a 40W CO2 laser.
Nb., it’s a nice machine with a lot of options, but did you expect more cutting power?
