100 watt Mopa not engraving a huge line on my material

I have updated everything, checked timing and cleaned the lens. I`m not sure what else to do now. I am missing about a 1/4in by about 6in long of non engraved material. I had about a month break from using the engraver and when i came back and updated everything it started this problem. Any help would be great. Thank you

Is it just engraving a line? If so check the rotary is not enabled.

I reread. Can you post your LB file?

Rotary is not enabled. It will not engrave that line almost like the laser shuts off

Can you post your LB file?

Are you asking for my saved file of what I am trying to engrave? If so it says its too large

i tried to compress the file as well and it didn`t work

If you help me understand how to upload or what you are talking about i would be happy to upload. Im sorry i dont understand how to do this or maybe what you are asking for. Thank you I greatly appreciate your help

Yes upload the .lbrn2 file here. It shouldn’t be too big. Just drag and drop the file into the chat box or click the up arrow and select the file.

I want to go run it to see if it’s something within the file.

Sorry for the delay. I was out running around.

This is what i am getting while trying to upload

That’s weird. All of the lightburn files I have are usually under 1mb.

Put it on a cloud and send a link to the file. Just make sure it’s sharable to everyone

Put it somewhere like google drive, ensure it’s readable by anyone with the link and post the link here…

Thank you for your help

You need to go ahead and download it, it will load into Lightburn…

It works after download like jkwilborn says

Got it. I’ll go out in a few minutes and try

thank you its the green that i have had issues with. I’m trying to use it as a cleaning pass as someone before me has done an engraving the customer was not happy with

I had to scale them down a bit. The file is good on the green layer. There are several open shapes on the other layers.

@jkwilborn is better at troubleshooting hardware.

So it might be a laser issue?

It might be the material. Run it on some scrap like I did.

So from what i can figure there is an inconsistency in the material that is way harder than the rest of the material.Thank you so much for all your help.I have no idea what I am going to do to fix this issue but it is not an issue with the laser or lightburn
