Working with a 100W fiber, can’t seem to pin down black on stainless, looking for advice.

I have a 60W JPT M7 MOPA… I did this, with the associated settings, on a stainless steel knife from the dollar store.

Sorry, I know better… I’ve found I’m partial to the F254mm.
