I need some help please!! I am teaching myself how to use a LS-1630 Boss Laser and the LightBurn Software. I was able to figure out the boss laser and the LB software pretty easy, but I have been having non-stop issues with the 120 W Degree camera since April.
I have the updated version of LightBurn 1.4.01 and re-calibrated and aligned my camera.
All I’m going to say is that was a headache. My issue is that my cut is not lining up with my fabric. Now before someone says anything about the camera position, I am very conscious of my camera position and make sure it goes back the exact same way every time I open it. I also purposely open it slowly for this reason. I know my felt fabric isn’t moving because I click, “update overlay” multiple times to check and see if the fabric still matches to the cut image and it does.
I attached photos as to what is happening. Also, my cut design is reversed compared to what shows on the program design. I don’t know how to change it. It’s confusing. Please help me figure this out. I am about to give up.
