16mp Camera problem osx

The camera works without problems in the Photo Booth app.
When I start lightburn (in 1.6.0 and 3 versions ago) it does this:

After a few tries of unplugging the usb it even starts working but not for long

Hi Dean!

Couple questions, please

• what version of LightBurn are you running currently
• You said nativly on the OS, the camera works perfect yes?
• does the camera gets identified when trying to run the wizard?

1. Now I tried beta 1.6.00. I’ve had the camera for about 3 months and it doesn’t work for me with any version of lightburn.
2. On imac with big sure it works fine with PhotoBooth application.
   When I start LB, the picture is also distorted in PhotoBooth (attached picture)
3. After several attempts to turn off and on the usb from the camera, I even did a camera calibration.

The camera sometimes works for 5min, 20min, differently, when I start LB it always snaps (zigzag) the picture
